I did not receive my bulletins

Electronic Subscription:

Please check your spam or junk mail folders to verify that the email didn’t land there.  You may also want to add automated-message@childrensbulletins.com to your address book. This helps ensure that it will land in your inbox.

Paper Subscription:

We mail out the quarterly packets by bulk mail on the following dates: 
November 20th for the Jan - Mar issue.
February 20th for the Apr-Jun issue.
May 20th for the Jul-Sep issue.
August 20th for Oct-Dec issue
Please allow 20 days for receipt of the packet.  If you still haven’t received the bulletins, you can request a new packet online:  
  • Log into your account. If you do not know how to log into your account, please click here to read our help document about how to reset your password in order to access your account.
  • Click on My Account
  • Choose Report a missing issue under the Plan Details section.
  • Click on the link at the end of "If enough time has elapsed and you still have not received your issue click here".
  • Choose the issue for us to resend, fill in the name and email fields and click Submit. A new packet will be mailed out to you within a week.

If your packet was DAMAGED, follow the first 3 steps above and

  • Click on the link at the end of "If you have received an issue that was damaged during shipment click here".
  • Fill in the requested fields and click submit. A new packet will be mailed out to you within a week.
