Exploring Bible Story Lessons and Activity Sheet Collection
Finding the Bible Story Lesson guides and activity sheets is easy. Read on below, and we'll take you through the process.
Finding Lessons and Activity Sheets
After you've logged in, click the "Lessons" menu at the top of the page.
Next, you'll see a list from the Old Testament of all the story guides with lessons we have listed below. If you need a lesson from the New Testament, click the New Testament tab to show a list of story guides for the New Testament. The story guides are in Book and chapter order. Or you can use the search box on the right side of the page to find what you need by keyword.
Downloading the material
Click on the story title of your choice to download the Teacher's Guide, age 3+ Activity Sheet, and age 7+ Activity Sheet PDFs. Each Story Guide is a PDF document that includes the Lesson (story) guide and the Activity Sheets that go with that lesson. The PDF includes activity sheets for both age groups, even if your membership only includes one age group.
Once you click the title of the story, a PDF will download to your computer OR open (depending on your system setup) and you can scroll through the pages and print what you want.
Finding Matching Children's Bulletins
Alongside each story guide download, you will find links to accompanying worship bulletins for ages 3-6 and ages 7+. Click on the appropriate bulletin link for the age group you need, and you'll be taken to the book and chapter of the Bible and will see the bulletins that match.
If the "Related Bulletin" section is blank for a particular Story Guide, it means we do not have an exact fit of a bulletin … yet!
Locating Maps, Charts & Special Resources!
You can find maps and charts that go with many of the story guides and activity sheets. Click the Maps & Charts menu at the top of the page
And we've added a "Resources" section with all kinds of extras for children within your church and community -- from sermon notes, Scripture placemats, Scripture cards, and special craft ideas. We will be adding more here throughout the year. So be sure to watch for updates on the home page for when new resources are added.
Are you interested in Spanish resources, too?
Click the "More Resources in Spanish" link on this page.
At this time, we only have a few because they are time-consuming and costly for us to create as almost every puzzle has to change. However, if we have enough requests for Spanish bulletins, we'll plan to add more in the future.
